We are a woman-owned firm with a unique dynamic; we have built a diverse team that works together to get things done.

Because of our own diversity, we are able to think outside the box and develop creative approaches to accomplishing our goals. Our inclusiveness gives us a perspective that sets us apart from our competition. We offer job opportunities without judgment or assumptions.

Force Personnel works closely with third-party nonprofits to give a second chance to people who are struggling to find stable employment. We also build relationships with the business community as members of the Hispanic Chamber of Oklahoma City, the Greater Oklahoma City Chamber, the American Subcontractors Association of Oklahoma, and the Associated General Contractors of Oklahoma.
